Controversial singer R. Kelly was spotted outside of a Chicago recording studio on Sunday night in violation of a court-ordered curfew.
R. Kelly’s studio access was limited by the city of Chicago last month after inspectors found that the studio violated building code regulations and allegedly contains a “sex dungeon” that R. Kelly says isn’t there.
The controversial singer announced on Tuesday morning that is going on tour in Australia, New Zealand and Sri Lanka.
“He just sat in here and watched basketball all day,” Trump reportedly said. He added that the room was in “rough shape” and had a hole in it when he moved in after his inauguration in 2017.
