Money Troubles: Tamar Braxton‘s Estranged Husband, Vincent Herbert Evicted From Luxury Rental Over Unpaid Rent

Earlier this month, it was reported that Tamar Braxton‘s estranged husband Vincent Herbert was slapped with a lawsuit for failing to pay rent on a Los Angeles condominium.

Now, according to The Blast, a judge has ordered Vincent to vacate that property after he allegedly never responded to the suit, filed by the company NK Real Estate Investments.

Herbert was told to hand in the keys as soon as possible, which could be difficult to do based on all of the home’s amenities.

For example, the 3,430 square foot condo has three bedrooms, five bathrooms, a 75 foot pool, a Pilates studio, yoga studio, spa, a full state of the art gym, conference room, children’s playroom, movie room and a library.

The rent was a hefty $37,000 a month and the lease started in December 2018. NK Real Estate Investments said Herbert failed to pay February’s rent.

One month before that, Herbert was given three days by the plaintiffs to pay or vacate, and he left within that allotted time frame but wasn’t officially evicted. The amount of that suit was for $38,850, the cost of February’s rent, as well as additional charges.

Plus, in 2018 the company Townsgate Capital Corporation filed a lien against the mansion that Herbert shared with Braxton in Calabasas, Calif. before they split, and the company won a judgement of $104,031.57.

Around that same time, another company called University Limousine also filed a lien against the Calabasas property after they said Herbert owed them money for services given. They were awarded $113,861.71 in that case.

On top of that, the music executive and producer faced another suit by LDNX Records in August of 2018 for $380,000, which they said Herbert owes them after a business deal they had went sour.
